PRIMO – FIRST COURSE

CARPACCIO DI SALMONE AFFUMICATO
Smoked salmon, arugula, capers, red onion, lemon dressing

PORTOBELLO ALLA PIZZAIOLA
Grilled portobello mushroom, New Jersey fresh tomato sauce, oregano, crispy parmesan cheese

COZZE ALLA NAPOLETANA
Sautéed mussels, cherry tomato, garlic, white wine

ZITI ALLA BOLOGNESE
Homemade ziti, ground beef ragù, parmesan cheese

SECONDO – SECOND COURSE

INSALATA ANDREA
Organic spring mix, cherry tomatoes, shaved carrots, onions, house balsamic dressing

Entrees will be served with garlic mashed potatoes and spinach

Pork filet, garlic, rosemary, red wine

Two 3oz. petite filet mignon, peppercorn brandy cream sauce
