FIRST COURSE

Pan-Fried Tomatoes – Parmesan Cheese and Rémoulade Sauce.

Warm Goat Cheese Salad – Fresh Greens, Homemade Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette. Topped with Pecan Crusted Goat Cheese.

Pan-Fried Crab Cake – Seafood Sauce.

Asparagus – Jumbo Lump Crab, Seasoned with Olive Oil & Parmesan.

Spinach Salad – Honey Mustard, Gorgonzola, Dried Cranberries, Roasted Walnuts and Croutons.

SECOND COURSE

Grilled Salmon – Honey Maple-Glazed Salmon, Served with Rice & Veggies.

Pan-Fried Fish – Lemon-Caper Sauce, over Mashed Potatoes & Veggies.

Cheddar Crusted Grouper – Roasted Red Pepper Drizzle over Mashed Potatoes and Veggies.

Lolli-Pop Lamb Chops – Encrusted with a Dijon Mustard Sauce & Seasoned Bread Crumbs.

Chicken Francaise – White Wine Lemon-Butter Sauce, Served over Mashed Potatoes & Veggies.

THIRD COURSE

Blueberry Cobbler – Vanilla Ice Cream. (Must order with dinner – 30 minute bake time.)

Bananas Foster – Bananas sautéed in Butter with Brown Sugar, Cinnamon & Rum. Served over Vanilla Ice Cream. Don’t Forget the Whipped Cream!
